Jennifer Radon

Jennifer's passion for dance began at just three years old. Classically trained in ballet, jazz, tap, modern, Rhythm, Smooth, Latin, Standard, and Cabaret, she has built an accomplished career as both a performer and instructor. Her competitive achievements include being a 2011 Metropolitan Dancesport Championship Open Cabaret Finalist and consistently placing among the finalists in Professional American Rhythm.

Jennifer's dedication to excellence has earned national recognition. In 2020, she was ranked Third Top Teacher in the World and Second Rising Star Top Teacher. She has continued to earn Top Teacher honors at major competitions, including being named Top Female Instructor and 7th in the World Dancesport Series in 2021.

After proudly owning Storm BDC in Cherry Hill for 13 years, Jennifer joined forces with LaPierre Ballroom to create The Dance Loft—a collective home where dancers of every age and ability can learn, grow, and thrive.

She is passionate about building a welcoming community where every student feels inspired, supported, and excited to discover the joy of dance.
